Swish Pattern Habit Busters
Sessions 22-28 are short punchy sessions designed to help create new images, new thoughts and new feelings to help you overcome your challenges.
Firstly you will see a picture of the undesired state or behaviour. This image will rapidly shrink while a desired state image or behaviour rapidly fills the screen accompanied by a swish sound. Each session runs for 1 minute 42 sec. Ideally you will hold the screen approximately 30cm away from your face. If for example chocolate is your problem you could watch the chocolate to water session numerous times to replace the bad habit with a good habit. |

Chi Kung (relaxation)
Sessions 29-31 are three of my favourite Chi Kung (Qi Gong) relaxation exercises. With many people citing stress as a reason for overeating I felt it important to include a few exercises from the Think Calm DVD™s.
